I build revenue systems for live events — and run them with AI.

Event operations director and AI systems builder. A decade in enterprise and luxury events. Built and ran a 7-agent AI stack in production — one operator, throughput of a 4–5 person pod.

How I work

Build the system. Run it. Watch it scale.

01 · Build

Stand it up from zero

SOPs, budgets, vendor networks, and Notion operating systems — the infrastructure an event function runs on.

02 · Run

Operate at full speed

Onsite delivery, live client repositioning, 1,000+ staff. Now augmented by a 7-agent AI stack doing pod-sized work.

03 · Scale

Turn it into revenue

Tiered upsell ladders and retention systems that turned events into $1M+ engines and 84% client retention.

Selected work

Four roles, one through-line: solo builder to systems operator.

Recency and impact, in order. Every number is one I can walk you through — most of them straight out of the event orders.

Built the marketing operating system, then handed it to seven AI agents to run.

Turned a chaotic pre-launch into a daily executable system: 69 tasks across 13 workstreams with owner dashboards and P0 routing. Stood up a 7-agent stack in Cursor across research, copy, design QA, ops, and compliance — the throughput of a 4–5 person pod, from one operator.

Senior Events Manager
Sep 2025 – Apr 2026 · Las Vegas

Sole event operations manager for the US flagship, from opening night through 300+ events.

Wrote the SOPs, deadline gates, F&B and A/V protocols, and budget frameworks from zero, then ran every event on the book: 314 events and 24,000+ guests in six and a half months, $3.3M of it settled revenue across 185 closed events. Clients ran from PwC and Honeywell to BMW Canada, SHEIN, Google, Salesforce and Adobe — including a $400K+ single full-venue buyout and back-to-back 620-guest sales-kickoff nights. Built the tiered activation ladder that landed $270K+ in upsells, including a single $177K client expansion.

Owned a national events program end-to-end — no playbook, built it as I went.

Enabled 400+ tournaments and esports events in three quarters and tripled GMV through cross-promotion and pro-player activations. Automated a national sponsorship pipeline (Coda, Zapier, custom intake) — the precursor to today's agent-based ops work.

The data

Benchmarks, not vibes.

Most operators have war stories. I kept the receipts: a benchmark dataset built from hundreds of real event orders I ran — Strip nightlife buyouts to corporate venue takeovers. Anonymized, aggregated, and the kind of numbers nobody in this industry publishes.

This is what I teach and consult from: where venue pricing actually bends, which fees are truly mandatory, and what the order says versus what the night settles at. Ask me about it →

Frameworks, not tools

What I actually bring to a team.

AI Systems Architecture

Design and run multi-agent stacks (Cursor, Claude, OpenAI) that replace pod-sized teams and ship in weeks.

Revenue Operations & Upsell

Tiered activation ladders and RFP add-ons that drove $1M+ in upsells and $3.3M in settled event revenue.

Operations & Playbook Design

SOPs, deadline gates, and Notion operating systems that run entire organizations day to day.

Team Infrastructure & Scaling

Stand up, staff, and lead 1,000+ FOH and vendor networks across multiple venues at once.

Client Success Frameworks

Retention systems built on shared success metrics — 84% client retention and 95% satisfaction at TAO Group.

Full-Cycle Event Execution

Concept to onsite delivery for 700+ events, from esports majors to 2,000-guest Strip buyouts.
